Clinical Nutritionist
KATHERINE HAY
Founder of Kaptured Nutrition aswell as founder of All Things Better Clinical Nutritionist and Mumma to a beautiful girl, Katherine offers so much passion to the nutrition field. Katherine is qualified with a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutritional Medicine and is an accredited member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association, with over 8 years of clinical experience.
Katherine believes that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to health and everyone is extremely different, therefore each treatment plan is personalised to you with a realistic and non-restrictive approach.
Within practice Katherine utilizes comprehensive screening and functional pathology tests to scientifically assess your specific requirements and to provide an optimal treatment plan designed to deliver the desired health outcomes, rather than guessing what is going on.
Katherines’ areas of expertise lie within reproductive health, preconception and post-natal care, fertility aswell as gut health, mental health, skin and autoimmune conditions.

Clinical Nutritionist
NATALIE PRESCOTT
Natalie is a Clinical Nutritionist, qualified with a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutritional Medicine. Natalie is registered with Australian Natural Therapist Association (ANTA).

Natalie's interest in natural medicine began while recovering from her own health challenges while working as a chef. Her love of food and passion for health lead her to study to become a Clinical Nutritionist. Natalie can empathise with clients and understand the challenges that present to clients while embarking on their own health journey.

Natalie utilises functional pathology, nutritious foods, lifestyle modifications and supplementation to deliver personalised and realistic treatment plans to support clients to reach their health goals.
Natalie strongly believes in educating clients so they can support their own health long term.
Natalie's areas of interest include but are not restricted to gut health, children's health, pregnancy and postpartum support, as well as supporting parents to navigate the early years of childhood illnesses and nutrition.
